Seaport Hotel/World Trade Center
Boston, MA

MMEA, the Massachusetts Music Educators Association, in affiliation with NAfME, the National Association for Music Education, is pleased to present our annual All State Conference and Exhibition on March 1, March 2 and March 3, 2012, at the Seaport Hotel located on the scenic waterfront of Boston, MA. This years conference, In the Now, Prepare the Future, Preserve the Past!, will feature keynote speakers Edwin Gordon, noted music educator and theorist, and Michael Butera, Executive Director of NAfME.

The annual All-State Conference features more than 130 sessions, 6 concert hours, 8 casual concerts, and is attended by more than 1000 music educators and 500 of Massachusetts top student musicians performing band, orchestral, jazz and choral works.

The All-State conference presents a unique opportunity for you to present your products and services to a dedicated and captive audience over the 3-day event. Exhibitors can look forward to a Spotlight on Exhibitors Coffee scheduled for Thursday morning. Colleges and universities have their own dedicated exhibit area a great place to meet students! This conference schedule will have additional dedicated times for our exhibitors to present in a workshop session. If you would like to spotlight your goods and services in a presentation/clinic this year, please contact the conference coordinator, Libby Allison, libbyallison@mac.com, to schedule a session. These sessions will only be scheduled for our exhibitors.

Exhibit space will be awarded on a first-come/first-served basis and the deadline for reservations is January 6, 2012. The nominal charge per exhibit space (6 table is provided if necessary) is $375.00, or $275.00 for colleges and universities. To register, to place an order for electrical hookups, and to ship materials to the Seaport, please use the links at the top of this page. Please note that your registration will not be confirmed until your registration form and payment are received. Reservations made for exhibitor space must be cancelled by February 1, 2012 in order to receive a refund.

The Seaport Hotel/World Trade Center offers its patrons wireless internet access, economical parking within a ten-minute walk, as well as convenient loading for vendors. If you need more information, please feel free to contact MMEA or one of the committee members. We look forward to seeing you there, and thank you for supporting our 2012 conference!
