The 2009 Massachusetts All State Conference Committee will begin reviewing
proposals after the August 1 deadline. Clinicians will be notified by
October 15, 2008 as to whether a session proposal was accepted. Thank you

*Anticipated AV Needs Demo groups will need to provide their own music stands. As session space is limited, session proposals may be accepted with the stipulation that demo group size be kept to a certain number. Only the equipment listed at right will be provided by MMEA. All other AV and/or computer related equipment (including LCD projectors, CD Players, microphone or amplification systems) must be provided by the clinician. Individual requests for times CANNOT be granted. Submission of a proposal
assumes acceptance of scheduled time.

If a session is accepted MMEA will communicate with the primary clinician
only. The primary clinician is responsible for informing all participating
individuals all specifics relating to session.
