Exhibit Hours:
Thursday and Friday, March 1 and 2, from 9 AM
to 5 PM (Optional) Saturday, March 3, from 9 AM to Noon
Set-up Times:
Wednesday, March 1: 7 PM to 9 PM, and Thursday,
March 2: 7 AM to 9 AM
Space:
Exhibit Space is booked in six-foot increments. 6'
tables are provided if needed.
Exhibit Fee:
The standard exhibit fee is $375 per 6' space,
or $275 for Colleges and Universities.
Electrical Fee:
For electrical service, please download the
Exhibit
Electrical Order Form, fill it out, and
fax it to Exhibitions Electrical Co., Inc. MMEA
will not be handling any electrical requests.
Registration
Deadline: The deadline for
Exhibitor Registration is January 6, 2012.

Cancellation and
Refund:
Reservations made for exhibitor space must be
cancelled by February 1, 2012, in order to
receive a refund.
