 Exhibitor Details and Registration
MMEA 2012 All-State Conference
March 1-3, 2012

Seaport Hotel/World Trade Center
Boston, MA

Exhibit Hours:
Thursday and Friday, March 1 and 2, from 9 AM to 5 PM
(Optional) Saturday, March 3, from 9 AM to Noon

Set-up Times:
Wednesday, March 1: 7 PM to 9 PM, and Thursday, March 2: 7 AM to 9 AM

Space:
Exhibit Space is booked in six-foot increments. 6' tables are provided if needed.

Exhibit Fee:
The standard exhibit fee is $375 per 6' space, or $275 for Colleges and Universities.

Electrical Fee:
For electrical service, please download the Exhibit Electrical Order Form, fill it out, and fax it to Exhibitions Electrical Co., Inc.
MMEA will not be handling any electrical requests.

Registration Deadline:
The deadline for Exhibitor Registration is January 6, 2012.

Download and complete the PDF Registration Form. Please note that Registration is not confirmed without payment. You may pay using one of these two methods:
1. Mail your completed registration form and check (made payable to MMEA) or Purchase Order to
      MMEA Exhibit Registration

Cancellation and Refund:
Reservations made for exhibitor space must be cancelled by February 1, 2012, in order to receive a refund.
