Exhibitor Information

The MMEA - Massachusetts Music Educators' Association, in affiliation with MENC - National Association for Music Education, is pleased to present our annual All State Conference and Exhibition on March 18, March 19 and March 20, 2010 at the Seaport Hotel located on the scenic waterfront of Boston, MA. This year's conference "Music-Play It Forward" will feature keynote speaker Chris Azzara.

The annual All-State conference features more than 130 sessions, 6 concert hours, 10 casual concerts, and is attended by more than 1000 music educators and 500 of Massachusetts' top student musicians performing band, orchestral, jazz and choral works.

The All-State conference presents a unique opportunity for you to present your products and services to a dedicated and "captive" audience over the 3-day event. Exhibitors can look forward to dedicated exhibit times and a reception on Thursday evening. Colleges and universities have their own dedicated exhibit area - a great place to meet students!

Exhibit space will be awarded on a "first-come/first-served basis" and the deadline for reservations is January 15, 2010. The nominal charge per exhibit space (6' table is provided if necessary) is $375.00, or $275.00 for colleges and universities.

To view the exhibit layout and register, please visit the links below. Please note that your registration will not be confirmed until your registration form and payment are received.

The Seaport Hotel offers complimentary wireless internet access, economical parking within a ten minute walk, as well as convenient loading for vendors. If you need more information, please feel free to contact MMEA or one of the committee members. We look forward to seeing you there, and thank you for supporting our 2010 conference!

Sincerely yours,

Mary Correia (mcorreia@rcn.com) Exhibits Chair
